I am working in Acrobat Pro. Previously, I was able to do this but not now. I copy my credit card bills and open them in Excel. I used to be able to simply block and copy the statement and paste it in Excel. That isn't workable now. Then, I tried to export the bill to Excel but it only exports the alphabetical portion of the bill, not the charge institution or the amounts. Any answers?
Please let me know what exact version of Acrobat you are using.
Also, tell me your exact workflow to convert the PDF file to Excel format.
Try checking for updates and repairing Acrobat from the Help menu and see if that helps.
