Yeah, that TechNote is right. I have the O'Reilly book on

I think the best you can do is create a bunch of audio-only
SWFs and use
those as your external "music files." For each WAV, import it
into its own
FLA, let it span the timeline as long as it needs to, then
export the SWF.
In your mail project, load that SWF instead.
