Put second monitor in full screen without toolbars

I know that I can press F11 to open full screen view. And I can see that it opens on the second monitor if one is connected. Shift+F11 is the switch to toggle the second monitor to "kind of full screen". It's not quite there because it still has some tool bars at the top and bottom. I can click them to collapse, but they're not entirely hidden.

How can I get rid of all remains of anything except the image on the second monitor? It works just fine by pressing F with a single monitor, but I can't get it to work on a second monitor. I'd like to keep Lr on my primary monitor and use different resolutions for both monitors (laptop screen and external projector).
