slideshow video exports as audio only

I created a slideshow under Lr 6.2.1 using Windows 7.  It runs perfectly in the Play option under Lr, but when I export the slideshow to video at 1080p, only the audio plays.  I've tried playing on Windows Media Player, Quick Time, and by Sony Blu-Ray and get the same result:  music only, no pictures.  The slideshow includes some video clips but doesn't start with them. It runs 25 minutes and file size is about 60MB.  I've exported it three times and get the same bad result each time.  Have I missed a step somewhere?  Thanks for any help.  (PS:  I tried exporting at 720p but Lr locks up and fails.  I'm suspecting maybe my video clips included are at a higher resolution than 720p and maybe causes Lr to fail when it hits them, but that's just a theory.  That happened each time I tried exporting at 720p.)

As a follow up test, I created a very simple 20 slide show with no music.  It exports fine as pdf or jpeg and Plays fine under Lr, but Lr crashes when I try to output it to Video at 1080p. It failed whether or not the Graphics Processor block was enabled or off.  Here's my system configuration in case there are any techies out there that have also encountered export video crashes.
