If I open the Creative Cloud desktop app, the app tab doesn't open. I just get a spinning thing. I tried the fix where you delete a .db file and restart computer to no avail. I have no CS5 apps installed. I cannot uninstall Creative Cloud because there are apps installed that need it and I can't update any apps at the moment. I can't import photos from a memory card from Bridge because the photo downloader won't recognise the memory card. I am running the latest version of Apple OSX El Capitan. I don't know what to do! Help!

I cannot uninstall Creative Cloud desktop app as I have apps installed that require it. Do I have to uninstall everything? That will take ages to reinstate everything!
