When trying to enter my mobile app to download my ebooks, I get this message. What can be wrong with my Adobe Id? Because via ADE in my computer I don't have any problem.
You'll have to contact Adobe support to get the activation limit reset. You are allowed 6 sign-ins on "new" devices or installations. Once that is maxed out then you have to get it reset.
