If you open Acrobat on Android device and go to Local storage option
The files in there are listed as per the location
So for example it will give location at the top and below that all the PDFs at the location
After that 2nd location and PDFs in it
From there you can check the location of the PDFs
1. There are 4 tabs: RECENT. LOCAL. DOCUMENT CLOUD. OUTBOX.
Only files in the "local" tab shows location.
How do I find out the exact location of files in the "document cloud"? It only shows date and file size. On the settings, it shows "document cloud cache location: internal storage". Where in the internal storage is the file?
2. I can change the background to a customized colour (e.g. sepia) my laptop version of adobe, to a tone like sepia which is more easy on the eye.
How do I do that on the tablet? There is no "preference/accessiblity".
The location of Recent, Document Cloud and Outbox can't be referenced directly from the drive location.
Recent only shows the list of PDFs opened with Acrobat from Local or DC storage
Document Cloud files are stored on DC online storage and can be downloaded from cloud.acrobat.com and going to Files tab
Outbox files are temporarily there until they gets uploaded to DC.
is there a way to download all files and pdfs from adobe document cloud, rather than doing so one by one?
It is possible to download all the files from Document Cloud storage but from the website.
Please try this:
Open a browser on your tablet
Login with your credentials for Adobe
Go to Files tab at the top left
Click on 'Document Cloud' from 'Storage' option on the left
This will populate all the files stored on DC
Select the files you would like to download by clicking on the Checkbox left to the file name
Once all the files are selected, click on Download from the Actions category which is there on the right
This will download a ZIP file which consist of all the files on your DC
Unzip it with a compatible App
Let me know if this works.
