I followed the instructions in the Help section however when I get to the Digital ID Authentication dialog box it asks for my password. problem is, I forgot it. I know I can't recover my password so I tried to delete my Digital ID. Problem is, it asks me for my password! Can I delete the digital ID in some other way?
Nope. Is this a self-signed Digital ID that you created or was it procured from a Certificate Authority (CA)? If it is a self-signed one create a new one and do not use the old one. If you got it from a CA you need to submit a request to this CA to revoke your current certificate and issue you a new one.
