I thought that Adobe was supposed to create data exchange standards by the end of 2015? When a drawing is created in any CAD package, I thought that the real world coordinates were supposed to transferred in the data table, or, at least, the drawing scale. Why can't adobe certify the CAD company to make data exchange compliant? It would seem if all the information required to reproduce a drawing in real world coordinates was not there, or, information leading to reproducing the real world coordinates through the use of a scale (1:2, etc.), then Adobe should not grant use of the name.
Can you tell me what product you're referring to?
