    Desktop app says I do not have/cannot find subscription


      When I log in to CC on my desktop, the window below pops up. I recently upgraded to the subscription, but cannot use is as CC is still telling me I'm still using my free trial, which has expired. However when I log in through the browser, I can access my account and it shows that I have the subscription. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling everything, rebooting everything multiple times, and attempted to delete the opm.db file, but couldn't locate it (my problem appears to be different from the problem fixed by deleting this file). Anyone have a solution for this? I can't find anything about it anywhere.
