It is my CreativeCloud membership I wish to cancel. According to the support page, there should be an option to close the account via my account settings page...but this option does not appear (I've have checked on multiple devices across multiple browsers including Safari and Chrome).
The link you've sent me just takes me back to the same / unhelpful support page.
- The '24/7 Chat' service is closed so I can't get in touch via Chat (it's either 24/7 or closed, cannot be both).
- The phone number Adobe have published does not work from UK (and I do not wish to be charged for contacting you on this matter).
- The only other option available is this forum, and so far this has only sent me back to the unhelpful contact page.
Please can you close this loop, and arrange for my CreativeCloud account to be closed.
The option to cancel the CC is not there as there might be cancellation fee associated with it.
Please provide the CC order number by private messaging, I will escalate it to get it resolved.
