Perhaps the H.264 option ... way down at the bottom after scrolling ... for 720 or 1080 HD YouTube?
Tried it but since it wasn't the same. I think I need something with widescreen.
All HD is widescreen
1280x720, which is "standard' HD, IS 16:9 ... which is considered widescreen (compared with 4:3) as Richard noted. As is 1920x1080.
The Premiere Pro counterpart for Premiere Elements 10 Share/Computer/AVCHD with Presets = YouTube Widescreen HD is
H.264.mp4 which is 1280 x 720 @ 24 progressive frames per second. The frame aspect ratio is 16:9 and the audio is AAC Stereo.
The video bitrate is set for target = 8 Mbps and maximum = 9 Mbps. The audio bitrate is 64 kbps.

Add On..for Premiere Elements 10...I would ask you to consider Share/Computer/AVCHD with Presets = MP4 H.264 1920 x 1080p30 instead of YouTube Widescreen HD.
Compare the properties of those two presets. See Premiere Elements 10 Advanced Button/Video Tab and Audio Tab of the preset selected.
