Do you get an error message while importing your Pictures?
no it just doesn't recognize the raw files at all
Please backup your Lighroom Catalog and reset preferences.Refer http://lightroom-blog.com/2015/05/23/resetting-preferences-in-lightroom-cc6/
Also did you used a File Transfer utility to transfer files from Camera to computer this time by chance
i used eos utility to get the raw photo off my camera and on to my computer
Transfer the Files as it is.
Directly import images from Camera/Card and see if Lightroom recognizes them.
1. when i press shift and alt no dialog box opens
2. ive tried to import images directly does not work
i even try uninstall lightroom and reinstall it and nothing change r u going to help me or not?
