You need to click on the drop-down menu next to Identity Plate and choose to Start the Lightroom Mobile Sync.
Thanks for the answer, but thats not the problem. If I could start LR mobile, I would do it. The pulldown menu disapears too fast. it flashes short. I have not the possibility to click anything on the menu. I made a video from the screen to demonstrate the problem. YouTube

Would suggest you to follow the below instructions :
- Go to help menu within Lightroom and choose Sign out
- Quit Lightroom and relaunch it
- Sign in with your email address and Adobe password and then, check if you are able to sign in to Lightroom Mobile through that dropdown menu.
I found a Workaround for the problem. If I use the touchpanel, it is like I click twice. Perhaps this is a driver or hardware incompatibility. If I use a normal USB-Mouse, a single click works and i can choose to stop the activities or enable Lightroom Mobile. Again: The problem was not enabling LR-Mobile. the problem was the inaccessibility of the menu.
