I just bought Flash 8 Pro, and discovered that the
ActionScript version is 2.0. I was really hoping for the Regular
Expressions classes, but they are only coming in ActionScript 3.0
evidently.
Will we be able to update the ActionScript version in our
present Flash systems?
probably not. but you can download flash 9 alpha (or maybe it's beta by now) for free. search google for a link.
