I'm going to leave my company soon, which means... getting a new video editing laptop. I always had problems in the past with video editing, like after a while my laptops would start being slow etc...
I found this Asus G74SX machine and I was wondering if it would give me flawless results, editing on the Creative Suite?

Thanks a million for your help!
I have an ASUS G750 JW which has a newer faster i7-4700HQ 2.4 GHz CPU and a GTX 765M GPU. I have upgraded it to 24 GB of RAM and it now has two SSD's installed. It is working beautifully. If you are not using highly complex codecs you may be satisfied with it. I see one model of your laptop out there has at least one USB 3.0 port. I am using a Samsung T1 very high speed flash drive with all the project files including the media on it and am delighted to do all my editing on it and then take it to the desktop (with of course USB 3 ports) and do my exporting and disc production.
ASUS Republic of Gamers ROG G750 [G750JM-BSI7N24] 17.3" Gaming Laptop with Intel Core i7-4710HQ 2.5 GHz (3.5 GHz Turbo),…. I will attach a picture showing the bottom of the unit showing how easy it is to upgrade memory and or SSD's in place of the lousy (5400 rpm) hard drive on this model.
