I can click the desktop icon but nothing happens. Everything else on my desktop works, even the Adobe programs - but not the CC installment app. So my CC account prefs and installment panel is out of reach. And just in case [ insult removed] "support" person comes to ask if I'm logged into my Adobe ID account the answer is yes.
Yet another episode in a long series of CC errors and instability issues.
