I noticed Adobe Acrobat has been updated on my iPad today, without my either my permission or notification. As a computer professional who depends on knowing what has happened with his systems, I don't want applications to *EVER* update without my active involvement. From searching on the web, I find that Adobe has an Updater as part of all its applications, which has caused grief on a variety of operating systems by automatically updating applications behind the equipment owner's back. How do I disable this on IOS? Is it necessary for me to completely remove Acrobat and all other Adobe products from all my equipment?
Never mind. It appears the update was carried out by the app store - first time I've been hit by an update I didn't ask for. It appears this has nothing to do with Adobe.
