Smart Index Wizard Not Working

When I click "Smart Index Wizard" in the Index Designer, nothing happens. Isn't there supposed to be a box that pops up where you can enter your search criteria? Is there somewhere in RoboHelp that I can go to "activate" this feature?

Hi Jenn and welcome to our community

Indeed, you should see the first dialog of the Wizard. Unfortunately, there is nothing I'm aware of turn the feature off or on. The only possibility that comes to mind is that maybe RoboHelp hasn't been correctly installed. Sometimes, after it has been installed, it appears to work until you try different aspects. So if this is a new installation, maybe that avenue is worth exploring.
