Are you logged in with your Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription? Have you already downloaded the CC APP (the needs to be installed first, then used to download other applications).

Use the Gear Icon on the CC app to log out, then reboot and restart the application. You should be asked to log in with your Adobe ID again. If it wants to update, let it finish before you try to download InDesign.
