Javascript issue on a video app

I am working on trying to get a video app working -- which can found here

http://www.extrainnings-middleton.com/fan-zone/video-gallery_copy

I am able to get the app to sort and the popup window to appear, but the block is blank with no video appearing.

Any Javascript PROs able to shed some light on this. I beleive the script is not firing, causing nothing to populate the popup window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....THANKS!!

The app was based on the Video app found on the BC Guru tmeplate here --  Video Samples   (half way down page you see a Recent Videos Section)

I  lost something in copy over the app to our new site.... and cant spot the issue
