Like many other users, I see NO REAL OPTION to cancel my annual captivate subscription. I try to cancel through "manage account, I am asked to contact someone. I try to contact someone, , I never get any phone or chat options on the page - unlike what's indicated. Just loops and looks of pages and linke taking me back to contact, support, conditions,... This is absolutely unacceptable! What are you waiting for to fix this, a class action?!
Adobe Support does not work weekends. If you wait until normal business hours (PST) during the week you should find the phone and chat options accessible.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
