I purchased a 'work at home' education license 10 months ago. When I went through the process to install the CC on my desktop, I got a message that my Mac OS (10.6.11) did not support Creative Cloud. I recently upgraded my OS and now get this message when trying to complete the registration process 'Oops, This code has already been redeemed.' When I look at 'my account' it does not show the paid Education CC license, just an expired free trial I had done before purchasing the Education work at home license.How can I get the CC installed and working at home?

If it says that code has been redeemed then it means that you have activated the CC, have you tried to sign in to CC by using the Adobe ID with which you have redeemed the code ?
