Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately the reason that I posted on this forum as a last resort is because I have tried contacted customer support several times and not been connected to anybody who can handle my issue. This link to phone support orders that you added did not take to any phone contacts either.
Can you please provide the following details by private messaging?
1.Last 4 digit of Credit card number
2. Date of Expiry
3. Type of card (Visa/Amex)
4. Name of card holder
5. Amount & date charged
I can get that investigated.
