    PLEASE HELP! Adobe has taken money from my card, cancelled my membership and tell me there is no record of it. This is theft! how can I resolve this? Customer support has done nothing.


      Recently I have been in touch with customer support via the online portals to update my billing payments method. What has happen now is that Adobe have taken money (449.99 USD) from my new card, cancelled my membership and deny there is any record of this transaction. I have contacted customer support several times and they ask me to wait a few days to look into and never get back to me. This is not good enough, as far as I'm concerned this is theft and I need a higher level of support to resolve this wrong doing.


      Please help, I don't no what to do a. I want to be able to use adobe products again.
