My Adobe Creative Cloud app did an automatic update this morning. I'm not sure if it was the app itself that was updated, or one or more Adobe applications. But the below error has been popping up ever since.
It only appears when I have Adobe InDesign open, and it disappears after about 10 seconds, then pops up again. It does not appear when I am using Photoshop or Illustrator.
I am running 64 bit Windows 7, version 188.8.131.52 of the Adobe Creative Cloud app, and InDesign version 184.108.40.206. I have tried:

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
This looks like it might be a bug. There is a similar thread already here, and it indicates that the Adobe engineering team is aware of the problem and working on a solution.
I would try updating InDesign to the latest patch (though I don't think that is going to help, you should give it a try). I would also try using Windows System Restore to go back to the previous version of the CC App.
