File --> Collect.
Mylenium is correct.
You can't package an After Effects project into one specific file or container, but File/Dependencies/Collect Files makes copy of your project and all the footage items used in it. Just create a folder, Collect Files, then you can compress the folder with a ZIP utility or similar if you need to distribute it.
Use the File/Dependencies/Removed Unused Footage function first, to remove any unused footage items from your project.
The Collect Files function in CC2015 is unreliable, it sometimes doesn't copy all the files. Use a previous version of AE if you can.
It doesn't cover dependencies of Fonts. You will need to manually collect and store fonts for your project.
thank you guys I'll try that
