    I keep getting a blank creative cloud desktop app screen.

      I keep getting a blank creative cloud desktop app screen. I have tried uninstalling, using the clean tool for both CC and any old CS5 apps and rebooting & downloading a new version but after the machine is restarted, it goes blank again. It's on Mac, a slightly older iMac, using El Capitan

       

      Any assistance much appreciated!
