I'm unable to update my payment details because the system cannot verify my address that's been on file for 10+ years.
I posted here yesterday, have used online chat, was told someone would phone me.
No phone call, no payment, no CreativeCloud.
PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me.
Someone eventually phoned me and updated my details for me.
Would be nice to think that actual problem of not being able to validate my address will get fixed eventually though.

I had the same problem but it was not resolved. I spoke with numerous support staff and they were unable to update my payment information. My account ended up lapsing and although I can still log in there is no chance of me using the account as an active CC member. I was forced to start a new membership, and guess what, I used the same debit card they were telling was not working. How screwed up is their system if their support staff can't even update a debit card number.
