I have recently changed laptops, on my old laptop I have photoshop and lightroom downloaded after paying the annual fee for it. Since changing laptops when I sign it it says my trial has expired but I have paid and it wont allow me to download. Lightroom opens only enough to add a watermark and photoshop not at all. I need to know how to download them both as I have paid and they were working on my other laptop

confirm that your account shows the subscription(s) you expect (and that the adobe id used in the next step is the correct one) by logging in here and checking your subscription status, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

then, if it is current, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used with the above link:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
