You could delete the content of the form.
Or if you have saved another copy of blank document.
Which mobile Reader app do you have? Acrobat Reader for iOS, Android, or something else?
The mobile Reader apps do not have the "Save As" or "Save a Copy" option. So it's not possible to 1. fill out a form and 2. save the filled form as a different file.
As a workaround,
- Use the original/blank form.
- Duplicate (make a copy of) the form and rename it.
For iOS, see How to manage files in Adobe Acrobat DC for iOS
For Android, see How to manage files on Acrobat DC on Android
- Fill out the new form.
This way, the original/blank form will remain unchanged.
Alternatively, if you have Acrobat Pro (for a Windows or Mac computer), you can add a reset button to a PDF form.
