I used to have the test version of Lightroom on a different account, (it has expired), but then I switched to my account that I have with the company I work with, since they are paying for the monthly creative cloud and went to install Lightroom again, but it won't work.
I just get the opening picture of the program and then a pop up appears with the information: "You can not create the necessary folder / Users / KumaCao / Library / Application Support / Adobe / Lightroom / Developmental presets." and everything gets stuck there.
I've tried uninstalling and installing everything and did a restart of my imac, but the same message keeps popping up.
Ok, I've tried to do this, but I can't get into the preferences in Lightroom, the program won't let me in. Whenever I go to preferences the pop-up shows up.
I tried to search for the file stated in the help: com.adobe.Lightroom5.plist, but nothing shows up.
I'm probably doing something wrong...
