You must be viewing the image in a smaller zoom level
Select Fit to view from the Bottom left.
Also check under About>>Plugin if Camera raw version is updated to 9.1.1

I'm not talking about the size while viewing the image, I understand that. If you go to the top menu and click on Image and then click on Image size you will see the size of the image in pixels and in inches. This is the actual size of the image regardless of the zoom. That is where I have the question, Why is the physical size smaller now then in the past?
I see! the Pixels per inch were set to 300 and before they were set to 240. I opened a previously saved PSD image and that was the setting.
Changing the PPI does not change the pixel dimensions of the image. If the image is 4000 x 6000 pixels, it has the same number of pixels regardless of the PPI setting. When you say the image size is smaller, do you mean that it is smaller on the screen? Please clarify.
