first, close your cc desktop app.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

    navigate to the OOBE folder.

        Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

        Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

and rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db, eg

finally, launch your cc desktop app.

if that fails: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/blank-white-screen-ccp.html

Yes , that works, thank you

but @ adobe

it can´t be true, that I have to spend some two hours solving a problem that should not be one, instead of doing my normal work, by getting a not wanted update - there was no possibility to ignore the update. I´d like to get a static system again, once installed just working, without useless boring and updates. I never had so slowly and badly working mashines since all is online. I´d like to have my system - not any from elsewere daily changing.
