    Trial version also if I bought an annual plane


      Good evening, I bought an annual plane for complete Creative Cloud but when I try to install and open some app from Creative Cloud Desktop Manager, opens a window that tells me trial version is expired, so I can not use apps.

      I tried to uninstall and install again the apps and the Creative Cloud Desktop Manager; I tried also to log out and log in back but the problem isn't solved.


      What can I do?
