how to do HDR in photoshop elements 14

Hi, can we merge pictures to do HDR picture with PS Elements 14 or with Lightroom ver 5.7.1?

In Elements, what you can do is to use images with different exposures and merge them to get a realistic effect with details both in shadows and highlights.

Use the 'Guided' edit mode.

Select 'Photomerge' in the menu bar on top (rightmost choice)

In Photomerge, select the photomerge 'Exposure'.
