to getLooking for a refund

Trying to get a refund for Photoshop Elements which was purchased two days ago. Adobe's "24 hours a day, 7 days a week" chat is "currently closed" I guess Mid-Afternoon isn't one of the 24 hours and Mid-Week isn't one of the 7 days. Please let me know how I can proceed on requesting my refund.

I think Adobe is closed until Monday due to the long holiday weekend in the US
