1. Re: Panel Width Stays Fixed in 64-Bit but not 32-Bit
zhpingw Jun 11, 2009 9:06 PM (in response to Daryl Pritchard)Since the Configurator doesn't include a compiler, so the flash panel generated by it doesn't have a native height and width.
So the height and width you assigned in the Configurator is saved into the .gpc file.
You observation is very sharp and accurate, when a panel is opened first time in the Photoshop.
It will show the panel in the default size first, then it will load the height and width you assigned from the .gpc file, and resize it to the size you want.
And then when you close the panel, it will save the current panel size to a flash player share object.
The next time when you open the panel, it will load the last time saved size back.

2. Re: Panel Width Stays Fixed in 64-Bit but not 32-Bit
jeffgedgaud Mar 30, 2010 11:02 AM (in response to Daryl Pritchard)Sorry to bring this up again but you are confusing me with your answer, I close panel and/or photoshop and it stays the same size on my 64 bit Windows 7 system. I have made the panel in Configurator to be about 120 pixels wide but when I open Photoshop its about 250 wide and will not resize width at all. I can make it taller or shorter but width will not change at all when I try to drag it smaller whether its docked next to other panels or loose by itself on work area.
