you can install and activate on, up to, two computers.  so yes, you can install on your new win 10 computer.

if you've already activated on two, deactivate (help > deactivate) on your old computer before uninstalling it on you old computer.

do deactivate and uninstall mean the same thing?

also:

1.     is it enough to go to ps and click uninstall? - don't know how to root through computer into all those system files and remove things manually

2.     and where is deactivate?

should i do both now on vista system BEFORE i UNPLUG it?

open ps on your old computer.  click help>deactivate.

you can now install and activate on your new computer.

you won't be able to use your deactivated ps on your old computer so you can uninstall it to regain some hd space.  how you uninstall ps depends on your os, but most recent windows os'es you can click start > click control panel > programs > uninstall a program.
