Trying to take advantage of the $15.99 Black Friday CC Special but can't because you apparently auto-renewed my expired membership without my permission @ $29.99. Adobe.com website refers me to Customer Support but there is no way to Chat. Tried to cancel my auto-renewed membership and sign-up for new membership which is what I think we did last year but same issue...you won't let me without contacting support. Where's the Chat? Why do I need to contact support. Why you trying to bill $29.99 when regular discounted rate is $19.99. Can't believe the PIA this is when we went through the same hassle last year.

We'll Chat was working today and after 1 hour and 2 CS Rep's I was FINALLY able to Cancel my CC Membership and order a New Subscription @ the discounted $15.99 Rate. So that's 90 minutes over 2 days to do something that should take 5 Minutes. Please fix your system Adobe so I don't have to go through the same time-consuming hassle next year. You make great Products but your CS system re cancellations and re-subscriptions really sucks.
