Like Melissa, it seems I am caught in a loop of being unable to cancel. Same problem - your support prompts a user to "contact customer support" to cancel but then the chat link does not work - it is not clickable, and I was sent around in circles again and again.
In the Cancel Plan confirmation pop-up, "click subscription terms to review the cancellation terms or click Customer Support to request cancellation."
There is no customer support, Chat is unavailable, only leaving here.
Please cancel my adobe stock membership. It appears there is no way to do this and I do not want to be charged.
