I believe you are getting the spinning wheel on the Adobe CC app.

My problem is now solved. It seems it was due to an uncompleted installation of the updated version of CC. After the update I had two versions of CC on my PC, none of them working.
I don't know why the installation did not finish.
Anyway, I downloaded CC from Adobe site as if it was a first installation. This new installation solved the problem.
This beeing said it seems that the update process is not very robust.
