It works on mine. There's no reason it shouldn't.
I want to upgrade and heard good things about Win10
I have Premiere Elements 12/12.1 on Windows 10 Home 64 bit and Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and have not run into any problems using it there.
Apple has a problem with QuickTime 7.7.8 (latest version) and Windows 10 64 bit. And, my suggestion is to use instead QuickTime 7.7.6 QuickTime 7.7.6 for Windows
Although it is not the latest version of QuickTime, it has been found to meet the Premiere Elements System Requirement for QuickTime 7.
Are you going to be upgrading from Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit or Windows 8.1 64 bit?
Microsoft has been allowing within 30 days of upgrade to change back. However, if you decide to go back, do not count of Microsoft's 30 days. I did and could not go back.
Consequently, the suggestion would be to give yourself a safety net of 25 days for your decision. Then see Start/Settings/Update and Security/Recovery.
