Cannot Deactivate crashed computer. How do I contact a real person at Adobe?

My old computers have crashed and I reinstalled Adobe CS3 on my new one. Since I did not deactivate the old ones before they crashed, they are still 'activated'. On the customer support page it said to contact Adobe, but when I clicked on the link, it sent me in a circular loop back to troubleshooting. How do I contact Adobe and connect to a person who can help me deactivate all old computers?
