It could be a problem with the Creative Cloud Library feature (loaded by default). It may be fixed by updating Creative Cloud desktop app. Try quitting out of your Creative Cloud desktop app: Go to the "gear" icon and choose Quit. Launch Adobe Creative Cloud from your Applications folder. This probably will trigger an update to the latest version of Creative Cloud desktop.
Alternatively, choose Preferences from the "gear" icon and sign out and sign in again with your Adobe ID.
