I have just today begun using a trial version of Video Presenter Express 11. It has crashed every time I've opened it --- about 15 now. I rebooted/restarted. I've opened it in "Diagnostic Mode," I've used words I haven't used in years.
Mac OS 10.11.1 (El Capitan) --- 8 Gig RAM --- Intel Core 2 Duo --- whatever.
I've never had this much trouble with a product --- ever.

Request you to please collect the logs by running Presenter Video Express in diagnostic mode and send it to me (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Also please collect the logs using Adobe Log Collector Tool and send the same.
