Before purchasing a month-to-month subscription for Adobe CC, I read up on the refund policy. I only bought the subscription about three days ago, and canceled it as it wasn't what I was looking for. I received an email saying that the cancellation when through, and that I would have access until the next payment date. However, I don't care, and don't want access until that time. So I am trying to find a way to contact Adobe to ask them about returning the product for a refund as I have not had the product for more than four days. However no matter how many times I try to contact them, I end up circling back around to the forums. I can't find a way to contact anyone directly. Does anyone know of a way I can have my concerns addressed as a well as a way to resolve this?
