    InDesign gets hung up anytime I try to open anything


      Open the software and try to open or create a file and I get a spinning ball.  I have had Adobe tech people working on my computer (in their meager tech support offering hours) for more than an hour.  Supposedly fixed. NOT.


      Occasionally, I can get a file to open but then when I go to save it, I get a spinning ball.


      When I check on FORCE QUIT, I keep getting the message that InDesign is "not responding."




      Adobe's "Help" options are not clear.   I am an experienced Adobe product user and am frustrated with Cloud software and their alleged help offerings.  This is no help at all.
