Thank jhtmk. I made my SVGs smaller and got rid of a lot of extra stuff. After reworking the files, I loaded it back up, and it's running better, but it won't load all the way on iphone6 and it won't load at all on ipad. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
That link doesn't contain the project files, just the published project. Just from looking at them though I'm guessing it's your audio files and you have them set to autoplay?
Apple won't allow media to autoplay on a mobile device to prevent unwanted data usage, it must be user initiated.
Try removing them from your project and see if that solves your problem, if it does that's your culprit and you can add them back but don't set them to autoplay for mobile.
If this doesn't solve your problem re-link your project with the .an file and I'll take a look another look at it.
Thanks so much jhtmk.
I do not have the audio files set to autoplay. I did resolve that issue. That is why i have the beginning being a click event and then that triggers the music to play. But it definately would still be the audio. Here's the link again. I'm sorry, I forgot to include the actual project file Dropbox - web.zip
I am trying everything again. I noticed that when i copy and pasted SVG files from Illustrator to Edge, it showed the scale at only 10% even when they were the correct size in illustrator and in edge. After reading other forums, i was wondering if that was the culprit. So now, i'm making all the SVGs 100% scale, but chaning the applied H & W to correct size. maybe that will work.
Thank you again! You are too kind to look into this! I cannot thank you enough!
It's definitely the SVG files, I deleted the "redfirework" as a test and it played through fine although it does seem to get a bit jittery with the other "fireworks".
My suggestion would be to change a few or the SVG fireworks to png or jpeg keeping file size to a minimum and see how that goes for you, it can be done easily by importing them and swapping them out via:
This will keep all your places and transitions etc. intact on the timeline.
Thank you so much for your help on this!
