Post the full error.
Thanks for the reply..
I have put an Alert on fault event and the object shows me
[FaultEvent fault=[RPC Fault faultString="Security error accessing url" faultCode="Channel.Security.Error" faultDetail="Destination: DefaultHTTP"] messageId="D1CF4452-012D-BB54-F091-74AD60CB4ED4" type="fault" bubbles=false cancelable=true eventPhase=2]
are you running your app in filesystem sandbox,
does url say file...
I used to encounter the same problem when using my glassfish container. The trick was to put the crossdomain.xml file in the "docroot" directory of my glassfish container. Here is my "no security saloon" crossdomain file. It allows me to test my applications without worrying about pesky security violations. (Who needs security anyway ...).
<!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM
<allow-access-from domain="*" />
I encounter a similar problem. I have placed the crossdomain.xml that I found here in docroot folder of my glassfish server and restarted the server. Even after that I see "Security error accessing url" error. Please help.
This is resolved. The problem was that docroot is not my context root. It was redirected to a different folder and after placing the crossdomain.xml there it started working fine. Thank you.
Can anyone pls explain what to do in-order to use the already created flex applciation in LiveCycle..
I have written all neccessary handlers for LiveCycle data management.. Everything is working well in Workspace (except DataAccess).
The only problem is i'm unable to access any web services..
Same error as mentioned in this post... I have a file called main.swf which needs to be deployed in LiveCycle Server.
the web service url is http://localhost:8080/Admin.asmx?WSDL
What else needs tobe done in order to make my flex applciation work in LiveCycle
Thanks in Advance
