    desktop not starting

      I'm helping my daughter out in this issue.

       

      Origin of this matter is not being able to change language for the apps. Several concact both via chatt and telephone including remote control of the computer in question has not helped out.Reinstalling, reinstalling, reinstalling. Now Desktop won't even start; the waiting wheel just turns for a while.

       

      Latest suggestion from chatt support was to reinstall apps _and_ desktop. Done that to no avail. Still Desktop wont open. Installed app runs ok, but still no language change.

       

      There is at least one open case regarding the original problem, which still is unsolved.

       

      Desperate!
